I will be using this blog to document my reintroduction to art through continuing education. I am going to begin a certificate program at RISD (coincidentally, the same place I got my undergraduate degree in textile design) in drawing and painting. I am excited to have the motivation to create again, along with the crits and instruction that I have been missing.
The image posted here is a graphite painting on mylar. This is the medium I have been working in since the summer.
Plunging in... here I go...
